Meet Your Facilitator
Akshada Anikhindi is a therapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and co-founder of Mind & Mat Co. With a background in psychology, hypnotherapy, and narrative practices, she creates spaces that are both deeply reflective and gently restorative. Her sessions blend science-backed techniques with a warm, intuitive approach—helping people reconnect with their breath, body, and inner voice.

RESET is a guided experience combining breathwork, gentle reflection, and creative self-expression through art and journaling. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of space to feel—it’s a space to land, release, and renew.
