Reset is a 90-minute, fully guided Breathwork session facilitated by Akshada, The Candid Therapist. Designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, this session uses intentional breathwork techniques combined with evocative music to guide you through emotional peaks and bring you safely back to the present moment.
