  • A chance to simply be present with yourself—without distractions, to-do lists, or external expectations.

This session is for you if:

  • You feel stressed, anxious, or emotionally weighed down.

  • You need a mindful way to process emotions and quiet your mind.

  • You’re curious about breathwork and how it can support your well-being.

  • You’re looking to take a pause from your routine and prioritize yourself.

 

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat for comfort.

  • Loose, comfortable clothing so you can breathe easily.

  • An eye mask, shawl, or small pillow—anything that helps you feel cozy while lying down.

 

Energy Exchange: 999 INR per person

 

Important Notes:

  • Have a light meal 90–120 minutes before the session for a more comfortable experience.

  • Breathwork is safe for most people, but it’s not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women

Terms:

  • Full payment is required for a confirmed spot.

  • Bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
