Let’s face it — most of us are glued to our screens and out of touch (literally). This session brings back touch, trust, and togetherness in the most fun, stretchy way possible. Led by Priya and Sai, this isn’t just a class — it’s a mini adventure in movement, connection, and play.

You’ll stretch, bend, balance, support, and be supported.
You’ll communicate without saying a word — and also with way too many laughs.
You’ll discover how a little bit of touch can help you go deeper into postures, release old tension, and build trust — with yourself and your partner.
And once you’re warm and wobbly in all the right ways, you’re invited to end with an optional ice bath — a bracing reset that’ll leave you calm, clear, and a little bit high on life.
This is yoga with a side of play.
