The new moon is a time for stillness, softness, and setting intentions. Our New Moon Sound Bath offers a deeply restorative space to quiet the mind and tune inward—using the healing power of sound.
This 60-minute experience is rooted in stillness. You’ll lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive as crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones wash over you.
Sound baths are a gentle way to soothe anxiety, support emotional healing, and reconnect with your own rhythm.
