This special session weaves together the grounding ritual of ceremonial cacao with the healing stillness of a sound bath.
We begin with a warm cup of cacao; a gentle, heart-centred plant medicine known to support emotional release and clarity. Guided by Akshada and Priya, you'll be invited to set an intention and tune inwards.
As the cacao settles, the space shifts into a deep meditative soundscape using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and layered frequencies to soothe the nervous system and invite rest.
This is not just a class, it’s a slow, sensory journey to reconnect with yourself.
